SM Industries has built a long track-record of manufacturing wind turbine towers for both on and offshore wind farms. We supply wind turbine towers to manufactures around the world and we have been in the industry for decades now.
Our production plant offers:
Five automated head and tailstock black tower production lines that can manufacture large on- and offshore towers - with a weight of more than 230 tons.
A tower assembly team that has its own facility where the supplies from the customers are tracked and stored for each specific project.
After tower manufacturing and coating, SM Industries installs control cabinets, ladders, cables, lamps and platforms.
Taking responsibility for preparing towers so they can be erected directly after leaving the facility.
A large storage area with space available for approximately 400 assembled tower sections.

Sustainability
SM Industries have the world's highest level of reuse in the metallization process producing wind components and towers. Our automated manufacturing metallize with robots equipped with metallization guns. This reduce the process time with over 50%.
